These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sanclementewindowcleaningsc.com and the window cleaning services provided by Pane & Surface Care (“we,” “us,” “our”) in San Clemente, California and surrounding areas. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide residential and commercial window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services. The specific services, scope, and price for your job are confirmed in your quote. Photographs and descriptions on the Site are illustrative; actual results depend on the condition of your glass, frames, and surfaces.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (window count, stories, access, condition, and services requested). Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment if conditions differ materially from what was described, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling, Access, and Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the areas to be cleaned, including gate codes or entry arrangements for gated communities. Exterior-only service may be completed without you present if access is available; interior service requires someone to be present. Please remove valuables and fragile items from sills and clear a path to the windows.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If it rains within 14 days of an exterior cleaning and leaves visible spotting, we will return and re-clean the affected exterior glass at no additional charge. The guarantee covers exterior glass only and does not cover new dirt, salt, or debris that accumulates through normal coastal conditions.

Property, Liability, and Existing Conditions

We carry insurance and take care with your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as scratched, etched, chipped, or previously damaged glass, failed window seals (fogging between panes), corroded frames or screens, or defective hardware, which we will point out where noticed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Payment and Cancellations

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Pane & Surface Care and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
